There’s An Unmistakable Nip In The Air…

With Prof. Richard Brown
FALL 2011

Summer’s gone and Labor Day is over.  We feel a vague longing that says “back to school.”  But instead of lunchboxes and pencil cases, we think New Fall Films.

Over the past several weeks, Michelle and Prof. Brown have been putting into place an exciting fall semester.  We look back on the past year to some wonderful films (The King’s Speech, Sarah’s Key, Bridesmaids, Crazy Stupid Love, Inception, Black Swan, The Town, 127 Hours) and some terrific guests (Colin Firth, David Schwimmer, Gay Talese, Javier Bardem, Maggie Gyllenhaal, David Hyde Pierce, Alan Arkin, Kevin Spacey and Shirley MacLaine).

Our first bonus film is scheduled for the 18th of September (3 1/2 weeks before the first class!) Several films are spelled out below (you can find a more detailed list on our website and we urge you to visit
